SPIRITUAL MONDAYS AT PRANA HOLISTIC CENTRE
Come and join this new activity. Let’s take the good habit to dedicate a bit of time for yourself, and for your spiritual growth and happiness.
The program includes 2 different classes that can be taken separately:
• 6/7PM - Here & Now Meditation. Meditation is a path of self-empowerment and a great opportunity to tap into our Source, recharge our energy and have subtle inner experiences.
• 7. 15/8.45PM - Personal Growth. Personal growth is fundamental if you want to be happy and have stable and strong roots that enable you to remain present and conscious independently of outer challenges and circumstances. The session includes a short initial meditation, 2 different types of exercises and a sharing time.
Classes are given in both Spanish and English, hopefully just one of the 2.
These are the prices:
1. Here & Now Meditation- Q50, Q200 for 5 classes.
2. Personal Growth – Q70, Q250 for 5 classes.
3. Whole Spiritual Mondays Class – Q100, Q400 for 5 classes.
Please do not be in late, because the doors shut 5 minutes after the starting time. If you are coming and are running a bit in late, please let Marco know.

FULL MOON MEDITATION
During Full Moon there is a special energy and
alignment that can be used for our spiritual growth and to have
tangibles and clearer experiences. During this guided meditation we will
be working with the chakras, colors and crystals to balance our
energetic system and be more able to give our best in life.
